| In Their Words: One of the things I like most about Jack and Adam is that they are extremely approachable. I can talk with them at my level. They are very patient and understanding of where we are coming from. They do a GREAT job of working with three women with very different personalities. They are very knowledgeable in many different aspects of business and their great deal of experience shows up in our discussions. They’ve lived it and done it…it’s not just theory. The team (i.e. Jack and Adam) represents a strong balance in terms of age range and experience, which is similar to the dynamic with my daughters.
