| In Their Words: We were having some partner issues when we first engaged MVP, particularly as it relates to the differentiation of roles for equal owners. MVP worked as the intermediary and utilized their expertise in asking the right questions and evaluating common business practices. Many of the things we’ve worked on have been basic business principals you learn in college, but don’t apply because of daily fire fighting. We have benefited from their hard questions and demands for structured business communication standards (e.g. accounting practices, cash flow statements, revenue goals). We’re much closer to getting predicted sales and we have increased our ability to predict and expect our bottom line numbers. Today we’re at a different level with MVP. We’re now an organization that’s poised to grow. MVP put our legs back underneath us (at least psychologically). Jack and Adam are both personable guys and they relate to our dilemmas. I like that they have a professional image, but are not over dressed, particularly for today’s world. They are extremely good listeners. They have something to offer every organization. These guys are realistic enough to get into it with just about anyone, zero in on their issues, and are open minded enough to work with a company in whatever capacity they need. If you’re trainable, they can work for you.
