While we call Cleveland, Ohio our home, we work with clients all over the United States through our virtual coaching. In order to save you some time and help you with your search, take 30 seconds to review the criteria below that summarize the kinds of companies we work with. If you own a company or work with owners of companies with any of the following characteristics, it probably makes sense for you to spend some time on our web site and/or contact us directly.
- 1-25 employees (once you add your first employee, things like communication, buy-in, and utilization become of utmost importance)
- Working 60+ hours per week on average (you don’t feel as though you have enough time for things outside of work that are important to you like family, friends, hobbies, etc.)
- Multiple owners in the business (chances are if you’ve been in business for a couple of years, you and your partner(s) are no longer on the same page as it relates to where your business is going and how it’s going to get there)
- Considering or working on a succession plan (you may have already identified the successor(s) but aren’t sure how you’ll know when they’re ready to take over or how to get them ready or maybe you aren’t even sure who the successor(s) should be)
- Looking to buy or sell a business (and you’re not sure where to start or you’ve been looking for awhile with no results)
- You need someone to talk with about your business who has real world practical experience (we can all read books and attend workshops, but how do you apply those lessons to the real world and your business)
- Your only business training is what you’ve learned running your own company (how do you know if you’re doing the right things right)
